Hand in hand we plant hope was not only a slogan for the foundation, but it was embodied in establishing facilities to serve the administration of chemotherapy doses to cancer patients and save them the trouble and hardship of travel and the costs of housing, transportation and treatment by establishing (the Douan Hope Unit at Al-Jahi Hospital in Douan District on December 19, 2020) and establishing (the Mahra Hope Unit at Al-Ghaydah Hospital in Al-Mahrah Governorate on), and in the process of establishing (the Eastern Dis Hope Unit at the General Hospital in the Eastern Dis District in Hadhramaut Governorate).
